Services Included
- Personal Check/In & Check/Out - In most cases, we will coordinate your arrival time and have a representative meet at the residence you are staying at and make sure you and your group feel comfortable and know your way around. If you are arriving before or after business hours we may have a lockbox for your convenience.
- Concierge Service - This is complimentary for all of our rentals and we encourage our guests to take advantage of the knowledge of the staff.
- Amenities Included – All of our rentals are equipped with all necessary amenities plus more. We will have similar amenities to what a hotel would have but in the comforts of your own home.
- Television/Entertainment - Satellite or Cable TV is in all units as well as DVD players.
- Internet – All Scottsdale rentals have wireless internet.
- Utilities - Utilities are included in all reservations unless otherwise stated for long term rentals. For properties with heater pools an extra service charge is required for activation.
- Communications - All rentals have phones for local calls. They do not have long distance service available.
