This is a fabulous Scottsdale vacation home with a great open floor plan. The home is completely set up for indoor and outdoor entertaining with Pool, Spa, Grill, Outdoor Furnishings, 2 Plasma TV’s/DVD with full surround sound, Pool Table/Ping Pong Table, 2 Fireplaces and Beer Keg Refrigerator.
The fully furnished home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 with a large fold out sofa. The Master Suite is very spacious with a 10-jetted tub, separate walk-in shower, sitting area and private fireplace. There are 2 interior dining tables that can accommodate up to 12 and one exterior table that can accommodate up to 6. The backyard is a great entertaining and relaxing in the covered sitting area or getting some sun on the lounge chairs. There is a 2-car garage for parking with a separate RV gate if needed.
The private North Scottsdale vacation rental is perfectly situated off the 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright and minutes from the Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, and lots of what Scottsdale has to offer. There is a park within walking distance with tennis, sand volleyball, running track, and basketball courts.
*Please note the pool is not able to be heated in the winter, but you can use the inviting outdoor heated spa at your leisure.
