Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath private Scottsdale vacation rental home with views of the Sanctuary Golf Course and the McDowell Mountains. In the living room we have a big screen TV with DVD and Stereo. The sleeping arrangements are a queen bed in the master suite with cable TV, sitting area, and large bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen with cable TV and the third bedroom has a full bed. Additional sleeping for 2 is possible with the queen inflatable mattress if needed. The resort style backyard has a private heated pool* and a spa that overflows into the pool, a built in gourmet BBQ grill, chaise lounge chairs, patio table and chairs. The gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar and a breakfast table for 4 plus a formal dining room for 6 off of the living room. A private garage is available for parking.
This neighborhood also offers a heated community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and playground.
This Scottsdale rental home is minutes to some of North Scottsdale's fine dining establishments, upscale shopping, Spa's, Gourmet Grocery stores, golf and easy acess to the 101 freeway.
